Meraki Coffee Co.

Meraki Coffee & Co. Café is a cozy spot located in Eugene, Oregon that opened in 2023. Owner Alexandria Marchant had been dreaming of opening a coffee shop for eight years and finally found the perfect spot when a family friend brought this location to her attention.

Alexandria’s vision is a space where everyone feels welcome. The shop serves local roasts from Equiano and Pacori, as well as delicious avocado toast, oatmeal, soup from Soup Nation, and an assortment of local bakery goods. 

Fun Fact: Meraki, pronounced like may-rah-kee is a Greek verb that means, “To do something with soul, creativity, or love; to put something of yourself in your work.”
