Merchant’s Cafe and Saloon

Owned by Darcy Hanson, Merchant’s Cafe is Seattle’s oldest restaurant. Built in 1890 and revitalized in 2011, this speakeasy serves a delicious variety of local wine, spirits, and soda. Organic foods are sourced locally, and the menu features a variety of elevated bar food options. Beware! This popular spot is said to be haunted.
