Mintish Coffee House

Brothers Nano and Mahmoud Farajallah and their friend Abdullah Alabed opened Mintish Coffee House in 2025. As Palestinian Americans, they drew inspiration for the name of the business from the comforting flavors of their childhood—the mornings when their mother would wake them with fresh mint tea and warm za’atar sandwiches. Those same flavors now influence the menu, from za’atar-infused avocado toast to Levantine teas and coffees.
