Chef Orphée opened Mirabelle by Orphée in 2025 to bring an authentic taste of Paris to Seattle. Chef Orphée brings Parisian craftsmanship to Pioneer Square with his French-inspired café-bakery rooted in years of training under world-renowned chefs and experience launching celebrated pâtisseries in Paris, California, and Seattle. Located in the historic Lowman & Hanford Building, Mirabelle invites guests to “eat, drink, and celebrate like in Paris.”
