Modoo Banjeom is a Korean restaurant in Bellevue with the self-proclaimed “best jjamppong in town,” and reviews to back it up. If you aren’t familiar, jjamppong is a spicy noodle soup with seafood and vegetables, and Modoo Banjeom has a few styles to choose from. Owners Jiho and Misook Lim made the menu easy to understand with descriptions to teach customers about traditional Korean dishes so everyone can feel excited to try something new. In addition to the food menu, they offer a variety of Korean spirits and non-alcoholic beverages.
