Mickey Blake opened Moné Design Studio during the COVID pandemic to create beautiful, sustainable home decor that reduces ecological footprint. After a career developing eco-friendly alternatives in biomedical research, Mickey discovered 3D printing when supply chain disruptions prevented her from sourcing materials. Now at Seattle’s Lemon Grove Collective, she crafts plant planters, watering cans, and home accessories from renewable, biodegradable materials like corn, algae, wood, and clay, proving sustainability and style can flourish together.
