MonGa Cafe
Jincheng Chu and Li-Hui Chu opened MonGa Cafe in 2013 to represent genuine Taiwan culture through their foods. MonGa Cafe serves authentic Taiwanese food from milk tea (made from real tea leaves) to their famous fried chicken, beef soup noodles, and many choices of vegetarian dishes. The restaurant is named after the Monga district of Taipei, referencing the bustle of the district and the delicious street vendors. Jincheng and Li-Hui want to recreate the tastes they say many Taiwanese will fondly remember.
