Michelle and Andrew Munoz started Moo’s Craft Barbecue in 2017 as a backyard pop-up. Locals took notice when the husband and wife duo began selling barbecue with a CaliMex twist. Demand grew and Moo’s became known for their carefully smoked meats along with sides like esquites (Mexican street corn). In 2021 Michelle and Andrew opened a brick-and-mortar location to sell their highly sought-after barbeque paired with an extensive list of beers.
