New Saigon Restaurant

New Saigon Restaurant has been delighting Downtown Seattle diners since 2008. Owned and operated by Vi Dao and Nhi Tang, the cozy, neon-accented restaurant serves Vietnamese classics like fried rice, pad Thai, and egg rolls. 

Their specialty, however, is their steaming bowls of pho noodle soup— options include beef, chicken, seafood, and more. Perfect for warming up on cold winter days!
