Nineveh Assyria

Sister and brother duo, Lisa and Jacob David grew up working in their parent’s restaurant. As adults, they opened their own to satisfy their passion for cooking the food of their ancestors. Nineveh Assyria’s name comes from the last capital of the Assyrian Empire, which ranged from Egypt to Persia. Now, Lisa and Jacob take pride in serving the food enjoyed by those people. Lisa and Jacob’s Middle Eastern dishes are inspired by the bounty of the PNW. Come try their shawarma, falafel, or other fresh Middle Eastern foods!
