O'BOP
O’BOP is a Korean fast food restaurant inside a Shell gas station in Bellevue, which serves mandoo potstickers and rice or noodle bowls topped with tofu, kimchi, and BBQ beef or pork bulgogi at affordable price points.
Ellie Oh immigrated to the U.S. in 2014 and opened her gas station business to offer quick, warm meals for customers waiting to fill their tanks. She saw the lack of accessible, non-processed hot food and she knew she could make a difference.
