Otter on the Rocks

Tanner Jitmongkonkul founded his vibrant cocktail bar, Otter on the Rocks, in West Seattle’s Admiral neighborhood. Before moving to America when he was 12, Tanner grew up in Bangkok. Today, he incorporates those nostalgic Thai flavors of his hometown into his menus.

Otter’s food menu isn’t to be slept on, either. Order one of their flatbreads topped with Thai green curry and chicken, or figs and goat cheese. For dessert, don’t miss the brown butter chocolate chunk cookies from Lowrider Cookie Company.

With live music and comedy shows throughout the week, Otter on the Rocks is a West Seattle destination for locals to enjoy a night out. (Looking to hit the stage yourself? Tuesdays are open mic nights.)
