Pan de La Selva
Mayra Sibrian opened Pan de La Selva in 2019 to nurture the connection between her Mexican and Central American roots through pan dulce. After beginning with home deliveries during the pandemic, Mayra has grown her small-batch panaderĂa into a beloved presence at Seattle farmers markets and wholesale accounts. Blending Latin flavors with local ingredients, she creates playful, colorful, and elaborate baked goods designed to spark emotion and curiosity while celebrating the Latinx diaspora.
