Established in 1930, the market gained fame under the passionate ownership of John Yokoyama in 1986. Yokoyama and his team dedicated themselves to sourcing the highest quality seafood, providing exceptional service, and making a positive impact on the community. In 2018, four experienced fishmongers, Jaison Scott, Ryan Reese, Sam Samson, and Anders Miller took over the business, with a commitment to carrying on Yokoyama’s legacy of fresh, sustainably-sourced seafood and world-class customer service.
