Owned by Alyssa Anderson, Pinoyshki (formerly Piroshki on 3rd) serves up authentic sweet and savory Russian baked goods, with some fun surprises like the Filipino “Pinoyshki” as seen on Food Network’s ‘Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives’. Drawing on her pastry background, Alyssa also features a variety of cakes and sweet treats, and you can get a delicious coffee or other beverage at the cafe. The majority of the employees are immigrants, and the bakery prides itself on being a business that supports and welcomes diverse communities.
