Piroshky Piroshky – Pike Place Market

Founded in 1992 at Seattle’s Pike Place Market, Piroshky Piroshky has been serving up their signature Russian hand pies ever since. Owned by Olga Sagan, the piroshkies are made from scratch and formed by hand, embodying both Russian heritage and Pacific Northwest flavors. Also on the menu: pelmeni dumplings, and a variety of savory and sweet pastries. Locations include the original bakery at Pike Place Market, the Columbia Center, Century Square, Crossroads, and a food truck.
