Owners David Dorough, Floren Martichuski, and Vince Mottola import flour, the tomatoes, and even the wood fired oven from Italy. While the margherita pizza is the undisputed star of the menu, there’s also an abundance of salads, pastas, and desserts to choose from.
Fun fact: Pizza Pulcinella has been was certified Neopolitan by the Verace Pizza Napolitana Association in 2009.
