If you’re a pizza-lover embracing a plant-based lifestyle, there’s a restaurant that you “knead” to-know about — Plant Based Pizzeria! Plant Based Pizzeria was Atlanta’s first all-vegan pizza joint, founded in 2019 by owners Paul Jordan & Marisa Acoff. Paul, who’s been a vegan since 2015, observed an increase in people reducing their animal-product intake and adopting a vegan lifestyle, and that’s what drew him to starting his own pizza place. Since opening, the pizzeria has added other dishes like sandwiches, burgers, raw pizzas, and desserts.
