Po Boy Jim
Jeff Miskiri first fell in love with Po’ Boy sandwiches while visiting his great grandfather in Louisiana. In 2014 Jeff, his mom Rebecca Antoine, and his cousin, Ian Reid opened their Cajun restaurant, Po Boy Jim, where they serve up Po’ Boys and Southern hospitality. In addition to traditional oyster, shrimp, and catfish Po’ Boys, they also offer specialty sandwiches, along with gumbo, shrimp & grits, and crawfish etouffee.
Bonus: Cajun cuisine not calling to you? Po Boy Jim has something for everyone, including jerk chicken and teriyaki salmon.
