Precinct DTLA is not just a bar or a night club. Husbands Thor Stephens and Brian Mcintire opened Precinct — just two weeks after the Supreme Court’s 2015 decision on same sex-marriage — to represent family, love, community, and Thor’s legacy within the downtown Los Angeles’ queer community. 

Thor passed away in 2018, but Brian has honored his memory by continuing to create a fun, inclusive, and respectful space for queer people in L.A. At the rock ‘n’ roll bar, you can regularly catch drag performances from big names like Pandora Boxx and Meatball while enjoying Precinct’s American grub and huge menu of spirits.
