Kayla Blincow and Tess Smedley first met working together at The Fat Hen, and in 2016 they opened Preserve and Gather, a welcoming, Wi-Fi-free neighborhood cafe. The menu features custom roast espresso, freshly baked pastries, house-made yogurt parfaits, savory toasts, house-made pickles and more.
