Proyecto Diaz Coffee

In 2014, the Diaz family set out to honor the coffee-growing tradition of their grandfather, Juan Leovigildo Diaz, and Proyecto Diaz Coffee was born. At this small coffee-roasting company, they source their beans sustainably from small-scale growers and co-ops in Mexico. Owners Fernando Diaz and Hannah-Love Diaz are committed to investing in the local economy and invest 10% of their profits into El Carmen and buy above fair-trade prices.
