Refucilo Wine

Juan Antonio Lora has always been a lover of fine wines. After a trip to Argentina during which he and his wife stayed on a working vineyard, Juan was determined to join the world of winemaking.

In 2016, he opened Refucilo to share the magic of Argentinian wine with his fellow oenophiles and anyone looking to learn more about wine. Refucilo’s vineyard is situated in the Uco Valley, where the grapes’ flavor is deeply influenced by climate and environment from the surrounding Andes Mountains.

Fun-fact: Juan named his winery after his Uruguayan uncle’s sailboat, on which they spent lots of time sailing the Caribbean.
