Restaurant Christine

After COVID-19, Adam Furler knew he needed a place of his own to share food, wine, and experiences. In 2021, he opened Restaurant Christine to share seasonal Northwestern comfort food and good drinks with his neighbors and community in Greenlake. Adam named the restaurant after his grandmother, who once owned several restaurants in the Seattle area. He aims to continue carrying on her legacy.

Adam’s menu changes regularly based on the availability of local ingredients but two things remain constant: everything is 100% made from scratch and 100% delicious.
