Rosa María Cisneros Andrade opened RMC Floral Designs in 2000 after taking a leap of faith to follow her passion. Rosa María has more than 25 years of experience as a floral artist, educator, and community leader. She studied floral design professionally, founded a school in Cuernavaca where she trained over 125 women, and continues to champion the art of floristry. Today, Rosa María creates intentional floral art that transforms spaces, evokes emotion, and celebrates life’s most meaningful moments, with each arrangement, workshop, and community offering rooted in her belief that flowers can empower, connect, and inspire.

RMC Floral Designs proudly serves Seatac, Burien, Tukwila, Normandy Park, Shoreline, Eastgate, Newcastle, Totem Lake, White Center, and Lake Forest Park.
