Rojo’s Mexican Food, located in Pioneer Square, offers a delicious menu of vegan burritos, tacos, tortas, and more. Owner Daniel Pena launched his fast-casual restaurant in 2022, serving fresh, 100% plant-based fare made in-house daily. 

Try their avocado burrito loaded with vegan chick’n, al pastor, or carnitas, rice, beans, salsa, and nut-based sour cream, or opt for a plate of tacos with a side of rice and beans.
