Dr. Tarm Leamphan opened Rooted Chiropractic and Rehab in 2025 to create a space where people care about health and fitness, and to bring something different in chiropractic services to South Lake Union. A Board-Certified Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Tarm specializes in treating sports injuries, disc herniation, neck and back pain, headaches, TMJ, and pre/post-natal therapy. He combines traditional chiropractic adjustments with myofascial release, instrument-assisted manual therapy, and corrective exercises to create personalized treatment plans that restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.
