After years of success at local farmer’s markets, in February 2021 Jeanette and Lyz Macias opened the brick and mortar for their small batch kombucha business, Seeking Kombucha. Seeking Kombucha was inspired by how drinking kombucha helped Jeanette with her stomach pain. When Jeanette and Lyz started brewing their own kombucha everyone wanted a taste, so they started their business in hopes that others would benefit from it. Their kombucha is always 100% raw, organic, and vegan, and is gluten-free when possible. Their flavors, ranging from blue apple to ruby lychee, never disappoint.

Bonus: They also sell tea on their website!

Recommendations:

  1. I just discovered Seeking Kombucha recently. I never really liked kombucha until I tried their product. They manage to create a balanced flavor that doesn’t have an overly strong vinegar taste. Try their Calamantini! I appreciate that you can bring your growlers back for refills to reduce waste. I met both owners the first time I went in and they’re lovely.

  2. We recently discovered this lovely spot and would recommend everyone try it, at least once! They have growlers you can purchase with kombucha and bring it back for refill. Reuse and save $$ with each refill!
