Shine Distillery & Grill

Shine Distillery & Grill has it all: a restaurant with delicious dinner fare, a bar brimming with creative cocktail options, and a distillery producing its own small-batch, high-quality spirits for purchase. Owner John Poteet opened Shine in 2019, bringing his 20 years of experience working in local breweries. The menu features creative takes on classic pub favorites like a tempura-fried squash blossom with garlic herbed goat cheese and a chimichurri-based organic smashburger. 

Shine is LGBTQ-owned and operated and hosts a variety of inclusive events like their Drag Brunches featuring local drag queens. Enjoy a fabulous performance while you sip your mimosas and dig into a delicious plate of eggs benedict!
