Spice SPC is an Indian grocery store and cafe in Seattle. They help make it easier to find Indian grocery items and cooking ingredients and hope to inspire eaters of all backgrounds to enjoy the flavors of Indian cuisine. Owner Aditya Bajaj designed the store to have everything one might need, including Indian okra, curry leaf, green chilies, karela, and eggplant. You’ll also find Indian staples like whole and powdered spices, paneer, yogurt, panipuri, and more. If you’re looking for a hot beverage or bite to eat, Spice SPC also offers masala chai, samosas, curries, and other delicious treats.
