If you’re an LGBTQ yogi (or beginning student) looking for an inclusive space to learn, Stonewall Yoga DC is an affordable, welcoming, body-inclusive studio in the DC area. Owned by Craig Cassey Jr., Stonewall Yoga DC was formed by a collective of gay instructors looking for opportunities to serve LGBTQ students with the restorative, meditative practice. It’s only $10 per drop-in session and it’s hosted at rotating community locations.
Fun fact: 90% of students at Stonewall Yoga DC identify as LGBTQ.
