Gin Yang opened Strength & Mobility Pilates in 2021 to share their love of pilates and create an inclusive, welcoming space where people of all genders, colors, and sizes can experience its benefits.
Story
We are a small, inclusive pilates studio located in Hillman City, Seattle. We opened in Nov 2021 and offer private sessions as well as small group classes of 5 people or less. Our classes are equipment/reformer based and our instructors are all Stott or Balanced Body trained.
