Monique and her husband Cliff opened Swagg-n-Wagon as a food truck to serve perfectly crispy chicken, waffle fries, buttery cornbread and their specialty Swagg sauce all over the Greater Seattle area. In 2025, they opened a walk up location in Federal Way to provide a delicious takeout option for the community.
