Tamarind Tree

In 2004, Tam Ngyuen and his family opened Tamarind Tree to share Vietnamese cuisine with the Seattle community outside Little Saigon. Now, in a rapidly changing neighborhood with plans for redevelopment, Tam has become an advocate for the district’s preservation.
