Brooke St. Sauver and Curt Waller opened The Coupe & Flute in June 2022 to create an approachable “champagne tavern” where every day is worthy of celebration. Inspired by their travels through Champagne and a shared love of sparkling wine and hospitality, the wife-and-husband team designed their cozy Beacon Hill space to feel like an extension of home, offering world pantry-inspired small plates, weekend brunch, and an extensive selection of champagnes and sparkling wines by the glass, flight, or bottle.
