The Naked Grocer

Jayne Truesdell opened The Naked Grocer, a “waste-less” grocery store, in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood in 2022. Her store prioritizes sustainability by supporting environmentally responsible producers, avoiding single-use plastic packaging, and sourcing food as locally as possible.
