Musician Wayne Horvitz partnered with veteran Seattle restauranteurs Tia Matthies and Steve Freeborn to open their music venue/restaurant and bar, the Royal Room. The stage hosts music from a range of different genres and the restaurant serves up Southern-inspired dishes.
