Shannon Yen opened Three Cats Coffee opened in 2024 to bring specialty vegan coffee and plant-based pastries to Woodinville’s Eastside community. Tucked inside Woodinville Bodega, the coffee shop serves espresso drinks, vegan sandwiches, and baked goods made fresh daily. Committed to sustainability and reducing waste, Three Cats Coffee partners with Too Good To Go to offer surplus baked goods and minimize environmental impact. Because they believe in marrying quality and sustainability, they use Forecast Coffee, which donates 5% to planting trees, and Fluffy Cow Coffee, which donates to animal sanctuaries for every bag purchased. With friendly service, creative drink options, and a cozy, quirky atmosphere, Three Cats Coffee has become a beloved neighborhood spot where guests enjoy excellent coffee, delicious vegan treats, and warm hospitality in the heart of Woodinville wine country.
