Thuy’s Pho House

Thuy Nguyen’s family came to the United States from Vietnam in 1975. Thuy remembers that while they didn’t have much, there was always plenty of food. She learned to cook from her mother and in 2008, she took her collection of family recipes and opened her restaurant, Thuy’s Pho House.
