Tita’s Kitchen – PDX

Fabiola “Tita” Chipoco has always had a love for food and cooking. After moving to Portland and seeing the diverse food scene, she decided to bring her own culture to the table. She founded Tita’s Kitchen with her family in 2020, a colorful food truck serving the flavors and traditions of Peru. 

Enjoy a plate of sweet and savory pork served with fried sweet potatoes, beans, and jardinera rice, or order one of their sandwiches instead, all made with freshly baked local bread and served with a drizzle of spicy or mild sauce.
