Tomo
Self-taught chef Brady Ishiwata Williams named his restaurant Tomo after his grandmother, Tomoko Ishiwata Bristol, whose cooking is his greatest source of inspiration. Tomo offers a vegetable-focused five-course set dinner menu with subtle meat and seafood inclusions and a la carte lunch on Saturdays. Vegetarian alternatives to meat and seafood dishes are available. Menus are micro-seasonal and ethically sourced. The restaurant focuses on comfort rather than formality, and creative dishes make it a unique gem in the heart of White Center. Tomo is the perfect place for a night out with special people.
