Mother-daughter duo Monica Barret and Chelsey Hancock started Treat Cookies as a farmers’ market booth. Their success and passion for great cookies led them to open a brick and mortar business in 2021. Monica and Chelsey love celebrating life’s sweetest moments and hope to share some of their favorite treats with you and your family.
