Underbelly

Rachel Wilcox and her family opened Underbelly in 2019, creating an underground, red-lit bar in Seattle’s Pioneer Square. Occupying part of the historic underground, Underbelly quickly became a hub for the local arts and music community. With a stage for emerging artists, the venue hosts live performances and offers space for vendors and visual artists. Underbelly has become a second home for many, fostering a growing community. The bar’s annual Thanksgiving dinner has become a beloved tradition, welcoming more “adopted” family members each year.
