Her fresh juices and smoothies are made using real fruits and vegetables and her coffee drinks are brewed from locally roasted, organic, and fair-trade beans. 

Vanessa also offers dairy-free, bagel sandwiches made with Einstein Brothers bagels, and super-food packed smoothie bowls topped with cacao nibs, chia seeds, and granola.
