When Lara Brooks opened her restaurant in 2015, there weren’t many vegan or vegetarian options in the heart of downtown Phoenix. Lara is originally from Thailand, and Vegan House serves a variety of Thai and American dishes with faux meat options that include chicken, shrimp, and fish.
