Licensed Massage Therapist Lisa Hernandez opened the doors of Warrior Wellness in 2020 to provide a safe, healing space for all to receive pain management and stress relief. She specializes in Massage Cupping paired with CBD oil to help decrease stress, increase range of motion, and support overall wellness and recovery. Warrior Wellness welcomes warriors from all phases of life, including people living with cancer, pregnant people, solo parents, athletes, trauma survivors, people living with chronic pain and anyone seeking self care and relaxation.
