Wide Eyes Open Palms

Partners and radical queer activists Angie Evans and Kat McIver started Wide Eyes Open Palms in 2017 with a focus on promoting sustainability and seasonability. They believe in the importance of knowing where food comes from — that’s why they source their food from the same Long Beach farmers markets where they used to run a pop-up coffee stand and their coffee comes from sustainable roasters they know and trust. 

Fun fact: Wide Eyes’ showcases a seasonal menu that rotates based on farmers market availability!
