Wise Acre Eatery

Dean Engleman and Scott Endres opened Wise Acre Eatery in 2011, building on the success of Tangletown Gardens next door. A veritable farm-to-table restaurant, the majority of its ingredients sourced from Engleman’s family farm located an hour from the Twin Cities in Plato, Minnesota. A favor spot for brunch, the english muffins for the Eggs Benedict and Bernadette are made from scratch, and the salads feature seasonal vegetables.

Pro-tip: Carnivores will definitely want to try the house-made bacon and sausage in or alongside any order.
