What’s your favorite part about the community your business is in & why?
Copper Kettle Coffee Bar is located in the bustling tech-centered city of Bellevue, WA in the Bellevue Botanical Garden. Our oasis is a breath of fresh air and tranquility for the city folks and visitors who let us know that they are happy to see us!
Why is it important to you and your business that people #SpendLikeItMatters?
Small diverse businesses are part of the foundation of human connections in a world that is quickly becoming so physically distant. As consumers #SpendLikeItMatters at businesses like ours, they are able to support the hard work of their neighbors who are part of these small businesses which include the owners, the employees, the vendors, and much more!
As a business owner, what’s the strangest or craziest idea you’ve ever tried?
Integrating and serving my own cultural and worldly flavors into some of our drinks.
What’s something your customers may not know about you or your business?
I played on an espresso coffee cart inside my parents’ garage in the 90s as a kid when my mom’s dream was to open her own coffee stand. Her dream never reached outside those garage doors but in some ways it did!
