Thanks to support from Seattle’s Office of Economic Development, Intentionalist is excited to present We All Scream for Love Local, a two-day ice cream-inspired activation to galvanize community support for small businesses along the E Madison St. corridor. Explore featured ice cream and frozen-treat inspired offers and visit retail shops to pick up $1 off coupons that can be redeemed at participating businesses July 27-28th.
WHO: 25 small businesses along Seattle’s E Madison St. corridor in the Madison Valley and Capitol Hill neighborhoods. Check out the map of participating businesses here.
WHAT: A two day, family-friendly exploration of ice cream and frozen treat-inspired offers at local businesses, including We All Scream For Love Local $1 off coupons available at participating businesses. Coupons can be used to purchase ice cream and frozen treat-inspired offers July 27-28, 2024.
WHEN: Saturday, July 27, 2024 and Sunday, July 28, 2024.
WHY: July is National Ice Cream Month, and We All Scream For Love Local is a fun way to celebrate! Plus, small businesses along E Madison St. have been impacted by longterm construction. We All Scream For Love Local encourages the Greater Seattle community to show up for and support local places to eat, drink, shop, and more!
Ice cream and frozen treat-inspired offers include:
- “One in Vermillion” a special flavor collaboration between Sweet Alchemy Ice Creamery and Vermillion.
- Chocolate and Vanilla birthday cake soft-serve to celebrate the two year anniversary of Kamp Social House.
- Adorable felt ice cream toys at Bootyland Kids.
- Push-Pups (Push-Ups inspired dog treat) at Little Dog Garden.
We All Scream For Love Local is organized by Intentionalist, a Seattle-based tech-for-good social enterprise that makes it easy to support the small businesses at the heart of our communities and learn about the diverse people behind them.
